This website is intended for parents, tutors, teachers and other adults to find, download and print quality learning materials for their children or students.
We do not have any online activities for children, and our web pages are not directed at children. Children cannot create accounts or log in to our website. We do not collect data from, or about, children in any way.
Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act) as we do not collect information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website is directed at adults.
Personal Information Collection & Use
We collect information from site users when they complete and submit a form on our website, including when they create an account, purchase a workbook, subscribe to our newsletter, download our free ebook, enter a contest, respond to a survey or use our contact forms.
Cookies
We use cookies to enable us to track usage of our website, to remember and process items in shopping carts, to log users into member only parts of the website and to help us track and save user preferences for future visits. Cookies are not used to gather personal information from your computer.

We use an advertising server, Google Ad Manager, to manage the display of ads on our site. If you have an account on K5, you may access, modify, or delete the personal information that you have provided to us by logging into your member profile page or contacting us (see below). If you request restrictions on our uses or disclosures of your personal information, we may comply with your request by deleting your account information. Please note that we can only honor requests to out opt of disclosures on a going forward basis and opt-out requests do not affect information that we have previously disclosed. We may also retain certain information about you as required by law or as permitted by law for legitimate business purposes. For example, if you request that we delete your information but we believe that you have violated our Terms of Use, we may retain information about you in order to attempt to resolve the issue before deleting it.
Disclosures of Information

The privacy and data collection practices on any linked web sites are entirely separate from us and are not covered by this Privacy Policy.
