Ebooks

What formats are your ebooks in ?
Each ebook's format is given under its product description. Most of our ebooks are pdf documents, which can be opened and printed with Adobe Reader, a free program available for download here.

I can't open the pdf file!
If you can't open your pdf file, you may just need to download the latest version of Adobe Reader.   You can get the newest version here.  If that doesn't work please let us know your order number and the title of the product that you are having problems with and we can investigate further.

Downloads

How do I get my downloads?
Within a few minutes of completeing your purchase, you will receive an email from us.  For each purchased download, the email will include a link.  Clicking on the link will take you to a secure page on our website where your product can be downloaded.  You need to download the documents within a week.

I never received the email with my download link.  What do I do?
Sometimes emails get mistakenly identified as spam; please check your bulk mail or spam email boxes.  If you still cannot find the email, contact us and we will ensure you receive your product.

Gift Subscriptions

How do I give a Gift Subscription?
You will receive a Gift Certificte from us with a unique promotional code which will entitle the holder to the free subscription.  All they will have to do is to type in the promotional code when they create a "free trial" account on our website.  They do not need a credit card to create the account.

How will I receive my Gift Certificate ?
We will email you the certificate within one business day of your purchase. 

My grandson already has a K5 Learning account; can he still use the certificate?
Yes, he can use the certificate to extend his existing subscription.  Just tell his parents to email customer-service@k5learning.com with his promotional code.
